The Weekend Stretch – Strong

Take advantage of the weekend to give your body what it needs – a good stretch!
The Weekend Stretch – Strong is the early session each weekend day, offering students a strong, energetically paced yoga flow to really heat things up, and is suitable for students who have practiced yoga for at least six months.
And if you’re looking for more after this, stick around for the second session is at 10:30 – it’s a slower paced version with more opportunities to deepen poses and receive instructions, corrections and adjustments, and is suitable for all levels of yogis.

Beginners/Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga at BYC focuses on stress reduction, breathing, stretching, strengthening, and balance. It incorporates both standing and prone positions and requires students to have the ability to get up from and down to the floor unassisted.
Gentle Yoga is also a great choice for beginners and anyone seeking a more gentle, slower-paced class. 
For students that have difficulty getting up and down from the floor, we will be offering Chair Yoga beginning in September. 
Monday and Friday mornings, 10:00 – 11:00
Wednesday evenings, 5:30 – 6:30
